We may share patient information only when required by law including with parent or legal guardians, unless restricted, with healthcare providers involved in your child's care, with insurance companies for billing and claims, with public health authorities for immunization reporting and with law enforcement or courts when required by law.

Parents and legal guardians have the right to request copies or child's medical records, ask for correction in information, request limits on how information is used or shared and request confidential communication methods. Requests may be submitted in writing and may have limitations based on legal requirements.

We use safeguards to protect patient information, including secure electronic health record system, access controls for staff, staff training on privacy and confidentiality, physical safeguards in record storage areas.
